Marcelo Morales

Marcelo ‘s career has been primarily focused in life sciences, starting with a degree in Biotechnology, through a 10+ year period leading a management consulting practice for Deloitte and KPMG in Life Sciences, and most recently the CEO and operator of an integrated Products and Services-based Pharmaceutical company. Marcelo most recently held the position of Chief Executive Officer for Jubilant Hollister-Stier, an integrated life sciences organization focused on providing comprehensive manufacturing, drug development and innovative R&D solutions to the global pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry. Prior to joining Jubilant HollisterStier, Marcelo was the Canadian Industry Segment Leader for the Life Sciences practice of Deloitte & Touche LLP, and a member of their global Life Sciences leadership team, based in Toronto, Canada. He held 10+ years of management consulting experience, tailored primarily to the life sciences industry.

Justin Rayment

founding member of Celere


Justin’s career has been focused on recruiting in the life sciences industry for 14 years. Justin started with National Search Associates in San Diego in 2000 and founded Paragon Search Group in 2004. For the past 10 years Justin has recruited top level talent for several leading pharmaceutical and biotech companies. He has experience in several different sectors of life science from early phase R&D through commercialization. While at Paragon Search Group Justin has worked with small startup companies with as little as 10 employees to large pharmaceutical companies with up to 100,000 employees. Working with hundreds of different companies has taught Justin that customizing his approach and tailoring it to the companies needs is imperative to finding the right talent for the company. Justin has learned that a “one size fits all” approach to recruiting does not work. By taking a consultative approach with the client and truly understanding their needs it creates value for the company and the candidate as well.
